People from Lodi should have a clear understanding of what is going on in North Bergen. For decades in Lodi, school jobs and promotions were based
on campaign activity. Joe Capizzi and
select teacher union leaders pressured BOE employees to get out the vote. That was their patronage system. As for campaign contributions, "Children First" hasn't been reporting the names of their contributors.
