Nj.com posted an article today listing the 37 highest paid superintendents for the 2017-2018 school year.  Frank Quatrone should have made the list.  Why wasn’t he included?  Did Joseph Zarra submit Quatrone's contract in a timely matter to be included in this data analysis?

Two other names really stand out in the rankings.  Mark Finkelstein is ranked #1.  Richard Tomko is ranked #22.

Finkelstein and Tomko are two of the nine members composing the School Ethics Commission.  Both went out of their way to protect Frank Quatrone from an ethics complaint.  Part of the ethics complaint had to do with Quatrone’s actions and involvement with his own contract that resulted in a 20% pay raise.

Finkelstein and Tomko, two of the highest paid Supers in NJ and politicians themselves, should have recused themselves from Quatrone’s ethics complaint. They could not be impartial in any matter pertaining to superintendent contracts and excessive compensation.
