$3,032.04 for “sick pay”. His base pay
is $78,835.92. Random requests for
payroll show all the additional over-time and double time he is being
paid. You can do the math. Licata’s annual pay is in the six figures.
This is a result of blatant nepotism and civil service
violations. Everyone sees it for what
it is.
