LEGAL NOTICE BOROUGH OF
LODI, ZONING BOARD PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that on October 27, 2016, the Zoning
Board of Adjustment, Borough of Lodi, approved a development application
submitted by 183 Garibaldi Avenue, LLC (hereinafter "the Applicant")
in connection with the real property designated as Block 155 Lot 14 (183
Garibaldi Avenue), Lodi, N.J. Said approval being for a use variance to allow
residential on the first floor of a multi-story building, density variance,
number of story variance, preliminary and final site plan approval (and
pre-existing variances). The Zoning Board memorialized its approval via the
adoption of a Resolution at a public hearing on November 10, 2016. The
application, drawings and resolution of approval may be reviewed by the public
in the office of the City's designated Land Use Administrative Officer (Zoning
Officer), Borough Hall, One Memorial Drive, Lodi, N.J., during the hours in
