This doesn’t look good. More self-serving and special treatment for the Licatas.
Bamboo may be a legitimate problem, I don’t know. However, you would think a governing body
would investigate and learn a little more about an issue before it passes an
ordinance. They acted on one complaint- from Patty and
Frank.
