Cheering nepotism is wrong!

At Wednesday’s board meeting, it was very clear that Emil Carafa was celebrating nepotism and the people aligned with him were cheering for nepotism.

It isn’t a far-fetched claim that Lodi has a nepotism stigma.  It isn’t a crazy idea to suggest a committee to help oversee promotions in order to prevent nepotism abuses.

If you are a standout employee in Lodi, why shouldn’t you have the opportunity for a promotion? Just because you are not related to the entrenched politicians?
