Did you conduct any search
for the Lodi Housing Authority appointment before you gave it to Marc Schrieks,
your former running mate and councilman?
Emil Carafa said there was no search at all. I stated that they should reach out to new
people. Lodi has a lot of talented
residents and every appointment shouldn’t be political.
