A few things to point out:
1) One tax
appeal (290 Garibaldi Ave) cost the Lodi taxpayers $154,700.55.
This administration made a big mistake by not
reassessing Lodi during the last decade.
Most Bergen County towns had multiple town wide reassessments. Lodi had none. Residential property owners will suffer
because of it.
2) Vinny Martin
abstained on the following bill. Why?
During public meetings, Vinny Martin should state the
specific bills he is abstaining on and give a reason why.
