vote on the Lincoln school project. Their
relationship to the Mayor raises many questions.
Jonathan Carafa- the mayor’s son.
Michael Nardino- the mayor’s cousin.
Phil Carbonetti- daughter and daughter-in-law work at
Washington School where Mayor Carafa is principal.
