The BOE knew two weeks ago that only one thing was
changing on January 4th. I would
be on the Board and Vara would be gone.
The Board called a special meeting during Christmas
vacation just to keep me from voting on the $7.5 million administration building.
I ran against the project. Vara ran for the project. I received almost twice as many votes as him.
Who should be voting on behalf of Lodi?
7.5 million dollars is being taken away from our
schools. This will hurt taxpayers,
students, teachers, etc.
Should millions be decided by one week and one lame
duck?
There is no public support for the project.
There isn’t even majority support from the Board after
tomorrow.
Is this how spending $7.5 million should be decided?
