You can clearly see that Lodi received an unncesary
tax increase in 2013, specifically for the Lincoln School project.

Al Matrofilpo Jr was right to refer to this as "prepaid". The Board increased taxes before hand and then tried to sell it as a project that didn't require a tax increase.
The Board had no right to take away your vote and circumvent the referendum process. By circumventing the referendum process, Lodi became ineligible for grant money.
The project that was being rushed (now suspended) was being funded 100% with Lodi tax dollars.
