On the May 2015
minutes, Marc Capizzi is the one that recommended renewing the contract with
Pomptonian. The above item came from his report which includes contracts that he is directly responsible. Shouldn’t he
have disclosed his conflicts of interest to the public at the meeting and on his report? This appears very unethical.

Marc Capizzi removed the May minutes from BOE website. He didn’t provide the public with an agenda at the May meeting where the vote took place.
