How is this not theft of time?

Joe Licata said he decided not to let me speak at all during the hearing of the citizens.  After the audience yelled at him, I spoke and asked the following(in red):

Two months ago, I emailed Joe Licata some questions about his use of a school administrator during the school day to generate money for himself and his employer.  He never responded.  So I will skip over him tonight and address my questions to the Board Vice President, Mr. Vara.

The Lodi taxpayers are paying a school administrator for the days that he is working for Licata at the Club instead of in our schools.  None of those absences are listed as vacation or personal days.  How is this not “theft of time”?

Joe Licata hired and promoted Ciofalo in our schools and Ciofalo is promoting Licata at the Club.  How is this Board going to address his unethical behavior which amounts to a quid pro quo?

Joe Licata wouldn't allow Nick Vara to speak.  Joe Licata said that Cioalo trains Lodi teachers and the money goes to scholarships.

When I held up Licata's fliers and said the money was going to him at the Boys and Girls Club, he changed the subject.  The flier also showed that Licata was seeking cash at the door.

It has been well documented that Jamie Ciofalo is soliciting business from other districts and working with non-Lodi employees during the school day.

Other points raised on the issue:

Marc Capizzi refused to give me Ciofalo's attendance records and used the Board Attorney  as his excuse then also.  I was right.  Capizzi was wrong.  I got the records.

Ciolalo's days are not "professional days".  A professional day would be if Ciofalo attended Rutgers for a workshop that would make him a better Guidance Supervisor.  It would not be Ciofalo working for Licata at the Club during the school day.
