Background on the below email: It has been reported that Desomma, Cody, and Caruso lost their composure with a resident at the last LHA meeting (over the questioning of their sick day payouts) and somehow I ended up being attacked even though I was not in attendance. The public has the right to hear the audio tape and they will.
Dear Mr. Desomma and Ms. Ferrara,
I never received a copy of your official OPRA request form so the email I previously sent you will be my OPRA request. I am requesting the audio of your LHA meeting that was held on 11/19/15.

"Pursuant to Renna v. County of
Union (App. Div. 2009), OPRA requests should be on the agency’s official OPRA
request form. However, a written request that is not
on the agency’s official OPRA request form cannot be denied solely because the
request is not on the request form. Written requests which are not on the form
must mention OPRA. Therefore, if a requestor elects not to use an agency’s
official OPRA request form, he/she must submit an otherwise written request
that clearly identifies itself as an OPRA request."
The above is taken from page 16 from
the following site:
When the audio is available (within
7 business days from yesterday), you can contact me by email or phone.
Thank you.

Dear Mr. Desomma,
I would like to request the audio tape of tonight's Lodi Housing Authority meeting. I could not find an OPRA request form on the LHA website. Can you please email the form. Thank you.
