Michael Apicella was approved unanimously by the Lodi Mayor and Council on Tuesday night. The Lodi Mayor and Council never sought any resumes for the opening. There was no vacancy notice posted on the Borough website. The Mayor and Council knew exactly who they wanted- somebody that just recently moved to Lodi.
Lodi definitely deserves better.
