Washington School parents are being handed union propaganda. It’s only the second week of school and they started already.
There is a time and place and it shouldn’t be on
school property.
Very inappropriate!
Many parents felt uncomfortable and expressed their
frustration to me.
Here is a copy of the union propaganda.
In the top section, the union is whining about STATE reforms from 2011. It’s 2017. Move on!
They talk about low starting salaries but don’t explain
that the union leaders are responsible for that. The teachers making over $101,000 have kept teachers
at the bottom from making more.
At the bottom, they state “We are always working for
the students!” Please attend a Board
meeting to see if the union is working for the students. I have never seen a more self-centered
group. The board can’t discuss anything
educational because the bratty union people try to make the entire meeting
about getting more money for themselves.
And most of the brats don’t live in town.
I encourage all parents to attend Board meeting to
speak up for their children. But don’t
speak up for the union bullies until you learn all the facts.
Some
union bullies making over $101,000 as classroom teachers and receiving the best
benefits are asking struggling Washington school parents to fight their battles
for them.
Out of touch!
Once again, I appreciate the hard work of and
dedication of a large percentage of Lodi teachers.
My criticism of the union bullies is not aimed towards
the teachers that make great contributions to the district.
