What is significant about “#5 LINCOLN SCHOOL BUILDING
STRUCTURAL REPORT”?
1) The Board was in possession of a “Structural
Inspection/Evaluation Report” from E2 Project Management LLC in January 2014. They all pretended that they received their
first structural report on July 10, 2015 from Becht Engineering.
2) The report from 2014 stated that repairs deemed
urgent were already completed.
3) The report from 2014 stated the building was
safe.
4) Joe Licata formed his FRAUD committee in
August 2015. He knew the building was safe.
The committee’s sole purpose was to spread lies about the second report
(never mention a first report) so they can bilk the Lodi taxpayers out of
$7.5M.
Mr. Burke from Becht Engineering stated the following at a March meeting (click on link below):
The Board paid SSP Architectural $400,000 for a
project that never took place.
Lodi
was defrauded.
Yet those responsible have not been held accountable.
The following were present at the January 29, 2014
meeting:
Why didn’t anyone present that night ever
speak out against the project or tell the truth when Licata was lying on their
behalf?
The old time Lodi politicians have demonstrated that
they don’t care about the residents of Lodi.
They
only care about money and power. The politicians look down at the residents of
Lodi and the non-connected employees of Lodi because they don’t see them as
rich enough or powerful enough.
The Lodi politicians only care about the rich and
powerful out of towners. They look for
ways to make money for the rich and powerful out of towners. Who knows what they are getting in return.
A $7.5M scam is a big deal. The residents of Lodi deserve their money
back.
