was one of three finalists. Doesn’t that
contradict the master’s degree claim?
Mayor Carafa owes the people of Lodi the truth about
what process he used to select a new borough manager. He should disclose the names of the three finalists
and their education backgrounds.
He should also explain if a master’s degree
automatically makes someone “outstanding”.
Everyone knows plenty of politicians
with master’s degrees that aren’t “outstanding”. Lots of political County employees and elected officials receive a Masters in Public Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson.
Mayor Carafa should explain why a college degree was
so important for this selection when the last two managers didn’t have a
college degree. What changed in the last
year?
