Joe Licata and the rest of Capizzi’s Board did everything in their
power to get the complaint thrown out.
They even spent $5,000 (Lodi tax dollars) on Licata’s attorney.
They filed a “motion to dismiss in lieu of
an answer”. It was denied.
The “probable cause review” went against
them.
The matter is now being transferred to the
Office of Administrative Law for a hearing.
The five page decision from the Commission today was
very fair.
The facts are on my side.
If the Board cared about Lodi, they would have joined
me in the complaint against Licata.
Instead, they wasted tax dollars on an attorney for him.
If the Board cared about Lodi, they would be working to
remove Licata from the Board. Instead,
they call him their “President”.
Lodi deserves better.
