Almost a decade of endless tax appeals, and still no town wide reassessment.



Below is a list of tax judgments from this week’s council meeting:




As other towns are recovering, Lodi tax appeals are only getting worse.  


Almost every Bergen County town has had one or more reassessments since 2008.  They have had fewer tax appeals than Lodi.  Lodi's last revaluation was done in 2003.


Lodi is paying Alan Spiniello a lot of money to represent the town against appeals.  Lodi is not getting much in return.  Spiniello cannot be trusted to challenge the appeals belonging to family members of Lodi politicians.
