Jaime Ciofalo at it Again...abuses at the Lodi Municipal Alliance.

He now lists on his linkedin page:

Jaime Ciofalo is a member of the Lodi Municipal Alliance.  What software was paid for by the Municipal Alliance and appeared on the Board of Education minutes?

The Lodi Board of Education has a budget over 57 million dollars and it can pay it's superintendent a $25,108 merit bonus for accomplishing nothing. Yet, it would be reliant on the Lodi Municipal Alliance to buy software for $2,059?  There is a reason why this payment came from the Municipal Alliance.

The Lodi Municipal Alliance has been violating the Open Public Meetings Act.  They have no meeting minutes and no public notices for meetings.

This lack of transparency allows Joe Licata and Jaime Ciofalo to use the committee for their own financial gain.
