On May 20, 2013, Thomas Neff from
Community Affairs asked Marc Schrieks to explain Lodi’s answers to its CY2012
Best Practices inventory. For some
reason, Marc never responded. He had
Charles Cuccia respond for him.
If Mr. Cuccia actually showed up to
his $97,5000 job as Lodi’s CFO, he probably would understand Lodi’s policies
better. Unfortunately, he chooses to spend Lodi's time at his other numerous paid public positions with the JIF, Saddle River, and everywhere else.
Here is Mr. Cuccia’s response to the state:
Here is my resonse to Cuccia’s
response:
#3: Luna still uses his car for
personal use as of today.
#6:
Where are the Zoning Board agendas and minutes on the borough website as
of today? And the only solication for bids and RFPS on the borough
website went up after Mr. Cuccia’s answers were questioned (so Mr. Cuccia could send
the snapshot to the state).
#8:
Ordinances never went up on the borough website (and certainly not in
2013).
#24: Keep deleting George Reggo’s testimony from the meeting minutes. That tells you whether or not Lodi should
have been reassesed.
#27: At the February council meeting, Marc Schrieks and this administration refused to support an ordinance barring part-time elected officials from receiving health benefits. Nothing can be more convincing that they answered #27 dishonestly.
