UPDATE: AFTER THIS POST WENT UP, THE BOE EDITED THEIR JANUARY MINUTES AND YOU
CAN NOW READ PAGE 13. IT SHOWS THAT
FRANK QUATRONE WANTS A $25,000 MERIT BONUS FOR HIS MOST BASIC RESPONSIBILITES
AS SUPERINTENDENT.
The only page of the January minutes that is illegible just so happens to list the “progress” of Quatrone’s merit bonus criteria. This did not happen by accident.
Below is page 13 of the January 29, 2014 BOE minutes:
Not one “accomplishment”
is outside the scope of Mr. Quatrone’s basic responsibilities as
superintendent.
Not one “accomplishment” warrants a $25,000 merit
bonus. Professional development
takes place in every district. That’s
not a merit achievement. The public
needs to see the absurdity in this.
And the January 29, 2014 meeting minutes in no way
correspond to the agenda for the same meeting. Below is the only agenda Marc Capizzi claims was
PROVIDED TO THE BOE MEMBERS prior to the January meeting.
This is what the BOE members actually voted on at that same
meeting.

No agenda was provided to the public for the month of February. The board should track the "progress" of that.
