As you can see in the email response below, the full Board never set negotiation parameters. Those doing the negotiations never received
any training. What is taking place
before our eyes is corruption. Deals were
made during election time between compromised board members and bargaining
units. Tax dollars are being exchanged for votes and campaign support.
Information that I am entitled is being intentionally
withheld. The Lodi politicians are
violating all rules and regulations.
They hope the public won’t learn about this until the contracts are rushed
through and rubber-stamped.
