Cardone, Leto, and Scorzetti violated election law by concealing their contributors, contributions, and expenditures…

Four months after the election, Cardone, Leto, and Scorzetti still have not disclosed their campaign contributors, contributions, and expenditures.  They have not filed a number of forms which are required by the Election Law Enforcement Commission (ELEC).  Yet they negotiated contracts and hired people.  How much campaign cash came from LEA officers?  How much came from those awarded NO bid contracts from Board?  How much came from the Mayor and Council?  Nobody gives to the "machine" unless they are getting something in return (as past reports clearly show).

As of today, Cardone/Leto/Scorzetti are showing only one campaign expense of $2,532.94 for lawn signs.

As of today, Cardone/Leto/Scorzetti are showing only $1,200 in campaign contributions (a $600 “in kind” contribution from Paula Fiduccia and a $600 “loan” from Nancy Cardone).  A $600 loan from Nancy Cardone would not cover the costs of their lawn signs alone.

Here are some expenses NOT reported by Cardone/Leto/Scorzetti:

Boxes and boxes of palm cards that littered the town.

Lots of personal letters mailed to registered voters.   I received two letters from Joe Leto alone, totaling $1 just on postage for one voter they had 0% of getting.

Costs for the dopey flyer Joe Leto and his brother distributed throughout the town after sun went down.
