These are things to consider with the Lodi Board of Education:
1) It awards its architectural
contracts WITHOUT COMPETITIVE BIDDING.
2) It allows its architectural
firm to SET IT'S COMPENSATION AS A PERCENTAGE OF THE ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION
BUDGET.

good recommendations. Lodi desperately
needs some type of oversight coming from its elected officials.
