In March 2016, then Borough Manager Bruce Masopust provided the email response below, stating: "It is my understanding that Mr. Luna is working for Joseph Marino/JMP Holdings and other entities where Mr. Marino is principal (Marino & Companies). The Borough is in receipt of a letter from Mr. Marino's attorney dated March 17, stating that Mr. Luna will not represent their firm in any activities in Lodi but will do so in other communities".

Matthew Giacobbe really likes Superintendents that approve payments for work not rendered. He also really likes when people sign important documents on behalf of others without their consent. Where have we seen this before?
The County Executive Superintendents are useless political appointees that rubber-stamp everything that BOEs send to them. Matthew Giacobbe failed to guide the district so he passed the buck as usual.
While Vinny Martin was filing to run for Re-election in May 2023, multiple people told me that Vinny Martin was telling them that he was trying to get his name off of the prostitution/cocaine business. Not one recent news article mentions any change in ownership from the 2021 bust, 2022 bust, and 2024 bust. I cannot locate any public notices showing the liquor license being transferred from Vinny Martin to a different party.
What is the truth? Vinny Martin is public official and must answer to the public. Why hasn't he had to answer to one reporter beginning with the 2021 bust?
Vinny Martin is raising Lodi taxes. Vinny Martin is approving overdevelopment as a Planning Board member. Vinny Martin is executing and signing Lodi contracts when Scott Luna has conflicts of interest. Vinny Martin is voting on ordinances. Vinny Martin is voting on Donald Scorzetti's contracts.
Lodi residents have the right to know if the person governing them is still involved with prostitution/cocaine sales.

Its time for the Lodi Mayor and Council to put up or
shut up. Justify the bills
or don’t make the Lodi taxpayers pay for them.
Reminder: the Lodi Mayor and Council pay Alan Spiniello hundreds of thousands of tax dollars each year to be a part-time "Borough Attorney" that doesn't submit invoices. The Lodi mayor and council have awarded multiple contracts to campaign contributors to be "Special Labor Counsels". "Giacobbe" is just one of them and look at how much it bills on a daily basis to correspond with Marc Schrieks. How does Marc Schrieks find the time in his short workday to correspond with all the other leaches?
