"Lodi Prima Facie" was the first to report on Vinny Martin's new business venture in 2017 (before northjersey.com and nj.com). The blog author posted a public notice showing a change in ownership of the liquor license.

I cannot locate any public notices showing any changes in the ownership of the liquor license since Vinny Martin attained ownership in December 2017.
