Link to the Business Administrator contract approved by the Lodi Board of Education on July 1, 2020:
James Sekelsky’s salary went from $150,000 to $157,000 after only four months of employment with the Lodi Board of Education.
Hardyston’s 2019-20 budget showed James Sekelsky’s
salary to be $128,495 so he saw an increase in pay of $21,505 by coming to
Lodi.
The
Lodi BOE giving out 4.7% raises is absurd. We saw how quickly the Capizzi salaries rose
with 2% annual raises. This increase is
worse than the Capizzis.
Look at the economic headlines for New Jersey. Look at the revenue shortfalls. Look at Murphy’s irresponsible borrowing plan and talk of "revenue risers" (more taxes). Look at the senior freeze and other programs
being taken away. Look at schools shut
down for months and services not being delivered.
Then look at what the Lodi BOE is doing at its special
meetings without agendas posted.
