The request seeks access to the following:
1) A copy of all Resolutions and Attachments voted on by the mayor and council at any of their meetings for the month of June 2020.
2) A copy of
the borough policy that permits Anthony `Tony` Luna to have his legal bills
paid for by the Lodi taxpayers in his effort to appeal his $1000 personal fine
from the Local Finance Board.
3) A copy of
any resolutions retaining legal counsel for Tony Luna.
4) A copy of
the contract between the Borough of Lodi and Mary McDonnell for legal
representation.

Lodi to deny access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding
in the Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
