Another Week Past the Deadline and Boro Hall Still Hasn't Produced Any Records. They Continue to Coverup a Misappropriation of Public Funds.

This email serves as receipt of your request by the official Records Custodian on 06/18/2020. As such, the seven (7) business day deadline to respond to your request is 06/29/2020.

The request seeks access to the following:

1) A copy of all Resolutions and Attachments voted on by the mayor and council at any of their meetings for the month of June 2020. 

2) A copy of the borough policy that permits Anthony `Tony` Luna to have his legal bills paid for by the Lodi taxpayers in his effort to appeal his $1000 personal fine from the Local Finance Board. 

3) A copy of any resolutions retaining legal counsel for Tony Luna. 

4) A copy of the contract between the Borough of Lodi and Mary McDonnell for legal representation.
