On Sunday, I posted the following:
At the time, I couldn’t find any public notice for
Sciarrillo beyond one that expired in June 2016. A professional service contract is required
each year. The Board hasn’t approved a
new contract recently. There is no Resolution on any posted minutes of a "professional services" contract being awarded beyond June 2016.
Yesterday, the public notice shown below suddenly appeared in the papers. What timing!
Where is the resolution? Who voted on it?

Apparently, not notifying Board Trustees of expiring contracts is a
serious problem in Lodi.
