With the exception of Rockleigh (whose sample was too
small) only 5 towns in all of Bergen County met the following criteria in 2013:
1) They showed
an “average sale price” which was at least 10% below the “average assessed
value” in 2013.
2) At the same
time they showed their “True Valuation” to be less than 100% which would mean a
town’s residential properties are under-assessed.
This is one big contradiction. This defies the trend shown by the
overwhelming majority of Bergen County municipalities.
What are the
odds that George Reggo is the Tax Assessor in 4 out of the 5 towns?

Ferry, Lodi, and South Hackensack ):
If Lodi’s “True Valuation” is at 98.4%, why does Lodi
continue paying out so much in tax refunds?
How many years has this been going on now?
Why hasn’t Lodi been reassessed in the last decade when many towns have had more than one reassessment during that same period?

And once again, George Reggo only attended one council to address these concerns. He told so many lies, this is what was left on the minutes:
“(Due to individuals not speaking into the
microphone, Borough Clerk was unable to get more of the conversation. Borough
Clerk is going to recommend individuals speak directly into the microphone when
speaking.)”
