Lodi’s Net Debt Grew to 23,195,941.67 in 2013.





Today, Lodi’s 2013 Annual Debt Statement was made available on the borough website. 




On page 14 of the link above, you can see that in 2012, $220,000 was bonded for tax appeal refunds.  During that period, this administration was questioned specifically on the cost of  tax appeals.  They could not have been more dishonest.  The Mayor and Council refused to even consider a town wide reassessment at the time.


That $220,000 didn’t count towards the $23,195,941.67 net debt total.


And if Luna had his way, 2012 and 2013 debt would have been much larger.  Do you remember the "San Antonio Riverwalk...as per se"?  How about the Luna Dome?
