The Lodi BOE’s “total operating budget” really stands
out amongst its neighbors. How could it
increase $8,645,540 in just one year?
Why was it adjusted to show an even larger increase than what the papers
initially reported? How could the "Adjustment for Prior Year Encumbrances" in '13-'14 be so large in comparison to any other district you look at?
