The Lodi BOE is violating the law.  They won’t provide the public with a real
agenda at their public meetings.  They
don’t allow the public to know what they are voting on during their public
meetings.  They won’t provide the public
with a real agenda even after an OPRA request is submitted.
This was discussed following a ruling against
Midland Park:
