in 2006 for $500,000 yet George Reggo gave him a very special low assessment of
$321,000. The assessment never changed over the years after many improvements were done to the property.

When Lodi’s Revaluation numbers come out, Vinny Martin’s
taxes should increase at a higher amount than other Lodi homeowners. If not, the process was corrupted like last
time when family and friends of Lodi politicians had significant tax reductions
without tax appeals being filed.
Instead of Vinny Martin explaining his extremely low
assessment, he had an attorney send me a letter a few years ago demanding the information
come down.
Vinny Martin should not be voting for 15.64% municipal taxes and lying about it when he has been saving thousands of dollars each year at your expense.
