If Vinny Martin and Debbie Klugler Irwin have an issue with any my posts, I suggest they take it up with the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission (that posts Vinny Martin's campaign contributions to Mark DelMonaco and others), the State Division of Alcohol Beverage Control (that lists it's actions against Vinny Martin for prostitution and illegal drug sales that occurred at Martin's business) and tax record sites that may be linked on this blog.

Vinny Martin is the Deputy Mayor of Lodi. He is a public official with many high profile scandals. Government watchdogs have the first amendment right to scrutinize corruption in local government. These out of context cease and desist letters are an attempt to silence speech.
