I have been reading meeting minutes from the School Ethics Commission. Each month, they discuss the “Doctrines of Necessity” filed by districts throughout the State. The above example was taken from the April 26, 2016 minutes.
The Lodi Board of
Education has so many conflicts, they have to invoke “Doctrine of Necessity” constantly.
Yet, I don’t see Lodi listed on any of the Commission’s minutes.
Is Capizzi forwarding them all copies when “Doctrine
of Necessity” is invoked?
