Joe Licata was paid thousands of dollars in municipal
alliance funds for submitting fraudulent invoices, never keeping minutes, never
using public notices, etc. He was paid
to not know who was on the committee or when the committee met. He was paid to take care of business associates
of Ciofalo.
He was paid just because his mother sat on the council.
He was paid just because his mother sat on the council.
Since Licata will be handed Nardino’s position at the
Boys Club (all politics, no merit), I guess he doesn’t need alliance funds for
himself anymore.
There is a resolution appointing a new coordinator.
There was never a resolution appointing Licata.
Licata should return all the money he wrongfully received through his mother’s council.
