"It’s a win-win. People get training out of it, and it’s been a really positive experience," said Ciofalo."

Ciofalo and Licata got another picture in the Community News today and another positive story.   But the following questions still have not been answered in over a year:

1)  How is it appropriate for Jamie Ciofalo to spend so many school days at the Lodi Boys and Girls Club on the taxpayers’ dime?

2)  How is it appropriate for the President of the Lodi Board of Education to be the “contact person” for Jamie Ciofalo’s activities away from our schools while school is in session?

3)  How is it appropriate for Joe Licata to be the contact person for these activities when the money generated goes to the Lodi Boys and Girls Club where Joe Licata overcompensates himself?

4)  How is appropriate that Joe Licata made Jamie Ciofalo one of the highest paid employees in the district and Jamie Ciofalo made Joe Licata one of the highest paid club employees in the area? (Jamie Ciofalo is the President of the Lodi Boys and Girls Club Board of Directors.)

5)  How is it appropriate for Jamie Ciofalo to direct so much Drug Alliance money to Joe Licata when both violated every statute set by the “Governor’s Council on Alcohol and Drug abuse”?

6)  How is it appropriate for Joe Licata to vote on Jamie Ciofalo’s labor agreement?

7)   By Joe Licata’s own actions, he created the perception that he submitted fraudulent invoices for drug alliance consulting fees (he never changed that perception).  Now “Lodi Cares” funds are sent to his home address.

8)  If Joe Licata had any sense of charity or volunteerism, why does he continue to pocket thousands of dollars in drug alliance funds that should be going to the youth?

9)  Why won’t Ciofalo and Licata open their books to the public and show what Joe Licata is being paid at the Club?

10)  Why are Licata and Ciofalo omitting so much each year on their financial disclosure statements?
