An influx of "post-election" contribributions speaks volumes.

In 2011, the “United” campaign reported a total of $2,600 in campaign contributions of $300 or less on their 11-Day Pre-election Report.

On their 20-Day Post-election Report, they reported a total of $8,875 in campaign contributions of $300 or less.  After the election they reported an influx of $6,275 which amounts to 71% of their total contributions of $300 or less.

In 2015, the “United” campaign reported a total of $2,700 in campaign contributions of $300 or less on their 11-Day Pre-election Report.

On their 20-Day Post-election Report, they reported a total of $8,000 in campaign contributions of $300 or less.  After the election they reported an influx of $5,300 which amounts to 66% of their total contributions of $300 or less.

The “United” campaign is able to hide the identities of those that made contributions of $300 or less.

Lodi residents need to ask the question: why would the overwhelming majority of these types of contributions be reported after an election and not before?

Who do you think are making these contributions in the time period between- after an election and before July 1st?

That would be the people cashing in on July 1st with NO BID contracts.

Ask Jerry Manzetti how much of those “post-election” contributions of $300 or less were funneled into the campaign from those listed on the Re-organization packet (or their family members).
