BID contract for tax appeals. This was
on top of his $160,000 NO BID contract for Borough Attorney.
Alan Spiniello does tax appeals for River Edge. The River Edge contract says his pay cannot
exceed $25,000.
Who can afford to pay more- Lodi or River Edge?

Did the Lodi politicians bother to look at what other
towns pay for tax appeals? Or did they not bother because
of who Spiniello is connected to and what he contributes to their campaigns?
