Matthew Giacobbe intentionally gives bad legal
advice to town councils and boards of education just so he can run up legal
bills. When members
of the public request those bills, he illegally redacts them and then bills the
taxpayers even more for blacking out the entire public record.
Matthew Giacobbe has been losing cases all throughout the
State yet he never loses his job because he has a Democrat State Senator (Joseph Lagana) and a Republican
Assemblyman (Sean Kean) listed as partners in his firm. Bipartisan corruption. Bad law.
