Kathryn Whalen and the School Ethics Commission should be ashamed of themselves. They advised that the Lodi Police Chief can be a member of the Lodi Board of Education because he would not be doing what he just did in this email exchange.

The email really shows the arrogance and bad attitude of Donald Scorzetti. This is what happens when you become Police Chief from politics and not merit. People should listen to Donald Scorzetti speak. Then they should look at his salary. That is a sure way to make yourself sick.
