The bill above was approved by the Lodi Mayor and Council a few weeks ago. This is yet another bill paid by the Lodi taxpayers to appeal the $1,200 fine given to Charles Cuccia listed below:

The Lodi mayor and council have already spent tens of thousands of dollars to appeal a $1,000 fine for the mayor’s father and a $1,200 fine for Lodi’s CFO. The fines were for blatant ethics violations.
Think about this logic: the Lodi mayor and council will spend six figures to appeal $2,200 in fines. Why? Because its your money, not theirs.
