up outrageous legal bills on the LODI TAXPAYERS by using
$165/hr. attorneys to research basic information that is already available to
the public. Both attorneys are billing $165/hr. to do secretarial work.
Stop being lazy!

Once the advisory opinions are located for you, you still ignore them. If they don't fit into your scheme of things, you withhold them from some Board members.
