Crooked Gary Paparozzi Was in a Partnership With Marcello Petruzzella- the Same Person that He Was Getting Every Variance with Lodi Projects.

Today, Gary Paparozzi appeared in the Bergen Record.  He is suing Marcello Petruzella who was to be his partner in development scheme in Paramus (they hide behind project specific LLCs to conceal their names and their conflicts of interest so who really knows how many projects Gary Paparozzi has partnered).  The Paramus Zoning Board of Adjustment denied their application in 2021 and Gary Paparozzi claims he didn’t get his whole $300,000 back from Marcello Petruzella.

Gary Paparozzi can casually throw around $300,000 towards get rich quick developments (using political connections and campaign contributions/bribes) because the Lodi mayor and council have given him access to unlimited Lodi tax dollars without any accountability or oversight:
