have ignored SCI recommendations for twenty years.
The Lodi Mayor and Council and its administrations
have disregarded the State’s recommended “Best Practices” for ten years.
Not only does Lodi ignore the recommendations, it
seeks innovative ways to circumvent laws.
Borough Manager Vincent Caruso was very disingenuous with
his comments to the reporters pertaining to the SCI report.
Words without actions amount to absolutely
nothing. The State issues reports and
pretends to be doing something. In
reality, the State has failed the taxpayers of Lodi miserably by allowing the Lodi
politicians to violate everything and never holding anyone accountable.
