The LEA should reimburse the Lodi taxpayers for their election time publicity stunt (Post Date: May 15, 2018)…

Remember the complaint from this article?

This complaint was fed to the newspaper and used as an election time publicity stunt.

On its face, the complaint was frivolous.  It was a joke to anyone that read it.

Although I was named in the complaint, Sciarrillo never reached out to me once to discuss the case.  Quatrone withheld all information from me.  I requested it months ago.

Quatrone finally sent me three pages today.  The second page was scanned in a way that it is difficult to read (probably so I couldn’t post it).  It states that LEA Attorney Gail Oxfeld-Kanef did not respond to the Acting Director of Unfair Practices by April 10th.  Accordingly, a letter dated April 13th states the charge is dismissed and the case is closed.

Allyson Pontier was in Trenton during a school day for this frivolous complaint.  Sciarrillo submitted pages of bills for this complaint.  His bills were tabled in March.  They will probably appear again next week.

I will report to the Lodi taxpayers a running total of how much Allyson Pontier, Debra Kwapniewski, and others cost the district for this nonsense.  This was money that should have gone to programs for Lodi students.

The NJEA should reimburse the district.  Oxfeld runs around the state filing frivolous complaints that go nowhere.  If she wasn’t paid with forced union dues, she probably would choose her cases a little more carefully.

LEA President Allyson Pontier does nothing without Frank Quatrone’s blessing.
