In 2014, Marc Schrieks Said "Nothing Was Off the Table". Apparently, He Was Referring to Placing 5% Raises on the Table for Scorzetti Instead of 2% Raises for Caruso and A Lot Worse Pension Padding...

In 2014, Marc Schrieks misled a Record reporter to write that he was calling for reforms and nothing was off the table in dealing with runaway payouts for Lodi Police Chiefs.

In 2025, Lodi taxpayers are being robbed worse than ever before with Donald Scorzetti’s record setting price tag.

What do Marc Schrieks, Scott Luna, Vinny Martin, Bruce Masopust, Emil Carafa, and Joe Leto have to say for themselves?

Who specifically negotiated Donald Scorzetti’s contract?  Who came up with those crazy percentage increases when the past Police Chief contracts show 2% raises?

Why do you say one thing to the newspapers and members of the public and do the exact opposite?

The 2018 headlines show that the Lodi mayor and council had conflicts of interest when they voted to make Donald Scorzetti Police Chief.  Nothing good came from those conflicts of interest.  Lodi taxpayers are paying a very high corruption tax.

In April 2018, I Submitted Opposition to the Lodi Mayor and Council Voting with Conflicts of Interest on Scorzetti's Appointment and Contract...

Vinny Martin and Vincent Caruso responded to my filing with personal attacks and lies which are linked below:

I told the truth.  They lied about everything.  A bad judge permitted the Lodi Mayor and Council to vote for Scorzetti knowing they had bad conflicts of interest.

The process that made Scorzetti Chief shows that he didn’t earn it and never deserved.  Same goes for his current contract.

Donald Scorzetti's New Contract, Full of Excesses and Abuse, Was Influenced By Campaign Activity and Pay-to-play (Amongst Other Meritless Factors)...

Above is Donald Scorzetti seated next to Lodi Mayor Scott Luna at a 2023 political fundraiser for Luna, Martin, Carafa, Leto, and Masopust. People paid to attend the fundraiser for an uncontested council race. So, those in attendance like Donald Scorzetti were basically just engaging in pay-to-play. Pay to eat with Luna and then rob the Lodi Taxpayers.

Police Chiefs in nearby towns that behave professionally and ethically are not getting contracts like Scorzetti because they won't degrade themselves with this political activity:

Gary Paparozzi, Who Chaired “Republican Mayors for McGreevy”, Gave Jack Ciattarelli at Least $500.

   Gary Paparozzi Pictured on Left

Gary Paparozzi, a Democrat, was used by Tony Luna to take over the Lodi Republican Committee to ruin the Lodi Republican Committee.

Gary Paparozzi makes his living by paying politicians for public contracts. He mostly gives to Democrat candidates.

Gary Paparozzi gave at least $500 to Jack Ciattarelli.  Like Paparozzi, Ciatattarelli is also a RINO.

Bill Spadea is the better choice for Governor.  He is endorsed by the New Jersey Right to Life, he fought against Murphy’s COVID tyranny, and he has plans for education reform.

John Cannizzaro's Late and Dishonest Campaign Filings...

John Cannizzaro is not showing who funded his campaign.  He is only showing a $1000 contribution from himself and a $2,000 “loan” from himself.

$3000 does not cover his campaign mailer, signs, etc.  Cannizaro did not disclose any of his expenditures.  He filed late. He didn't file with ELEC until April 22nd and April 24th, yet listed his contributions for March 27th. He is not reporting who is paying back his loan.

Candidates that are dishonest during campaigns are dishonest as Board members.  No transparency during campaigns means no Board transparency.
